Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, cancellations are no longer accepted as production begins promptly on all orders.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our molds, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect caused on our end. Each mold is carefully inspected for quality before shipment.
We accept return/refund requests only within 72 hours of delivery, and only if the item is defective. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction related to mold size, design, or sales performance. All product dimensions and details are clearly listed in each product description, along with photos—please review carefully before purchasing.
Turnaround Time (TAT)
All molds are handmade and made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for production. This timeframe is outlined in each product listing.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at freshiesbypresleigh@gmail.com with details of the issue. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied and will work with you to resolve the problem.
In most cases, you will be asked to return the item for inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the issue has been reviewed and agreed upon, a resolution will be provided. No exceptions will be made outside of this process.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
